Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific technical needs, budgets, and location preferences.
Advise buyers and sellers on effective pricing and sales strategies aligned with BONDs investment goals.
Negotiate and prepare all necessary documentation for property sales and rentals.
Report on sales progress and performance against company objectives.
Conduct on-site visits and gather offers for various types of properties (houses, apartments, and commercial spaces).
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and property owners.

Qualifications:

Experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
Valid drivers license is an advantage.
