ROI Academy in Tirana is expanding its creative programs and is looking for a Video Animation Trainer with strong professional experience and a passion for teaching. If you enjoy breaking down complex techniques, guiding learners and helping them build real, market-ready skills, this role could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical training sessions in video animation for beginner and intermediate learners.
• Develop a structured curriculum with clear learning objectives, exercises and real-world assignments.
• Guide students through their projects and provide constructive feedback on both technical and creative elements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into the training content.
• Collaborate with the ROI Academy team to continuously improve course quality and the student experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 4 years of professional experience in video animation, motion graphics or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects (required).
• Solid understanding of animation principles, storyboarding, character design and visual storytelling.
• Prior teaching, mentoring or workshop experience is a strong advantage.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and keep sessions engaging.
• Good communication skills in English.
