ROI Academy in Skopje is looking for a Software Testing Trainer with strong professional experience in manual or automated testing. The ideal candidate can guide students through fundamental QA concepts, practical exercises and real-world testing workflows. This role includes teaching beginner-level learners and helping them build a solid understanding of software quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured and engaging lessons on software testing principles and practices.
• Prepare course materials, practical exercises and assessment tasks.
• Teach core topics such as test design techniques, test case creation, defect reporting, QA documentation and basic testing tools.
• Provide constructive feedback and support students throughout the learning process.
• Monitor student progress through assignments, projects and practical exercises.
• Incorporate industry best practices and updates into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with the ROI Academy team to ensure program quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in software testing (manual or automated).
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing life cycles and basic testing tools.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in teaching or mentoring is an advantage.
• Fluency in Macedonian (spoken and written) is required.
